Most of our furniture is made to order, allowing you to choose the fabric and adjust the dimensions according to your needs. Please contact us at rafalskaya.studio@gmail.com for available options on materials, colors, and sizes.
Free delivery on all small in-stock orders over 1000 kroner. The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on product availability and your location in Norway. It usually takes 7-14 working days for delivery within Norway.
For international deliveries, please contact us via email.
When you make a purchase from our online store, the distance law is applied. The distance law gives you, the customer, the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received it. However, please note that some of our products are excepted from the distance law, which means that they are non-refundable. Please read more below. To send a return you need to make sure that - The goods are unused and undamaged. - The goods are packed in the original packaging, with all original tags. - The goods are well packaged, as Rafalskaya Collection is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment.You will receive your refund normally within 1-5 working days, and no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return.
Non-refundable products
When purchasing a product that is not in stock, custom made, ordered or otherwise, the distance law does not apply. This means that they are non-refundable. This applies to most of our furniture, most of our lighting, and some of our decors and mirrors. Please email us for further questions.
How to make a return

2. Pack the product(s) properly. Use the original product packaging and protective transport packaging. 3. We do not cover the return costs, and you are responsible for choosing secure return shipping.
After receiving the order we kindly ask you to investigate if the delivery is correct according to your order. If your item(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please send a photo of the damage, box, and item label along with your order number to rafalskaya.studio@gmail.com
Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. However, please note that many of our products are hand-made and therefore each possess unique characteristics.
Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. If the solution is instead a refund of the sale, the money will be returned to your account when the complaint has been approved.

We are based in Norway, and there are no additional fees when shopping in Norway. All prices include VAT.
