Return and Refund Policy

This Refund and Return Policy is provided for all Buyers to familiarize themselves with the rules of RAFALSKAYA AS, a company duly registered and existing under the laws of Norway, organization number 934364511, having its registered address at Hengslevein 30, 3515 Hønefoss, Norway (hereinafter "Rafalskaya Collection", "We", "Us", "Our") after purchasing Rafalskaya Collection Goods/Made-to-order Goods.

All terms in this Refund and Return Policy are used within the meaning specified in the Terms and Conditions.

We want You to be completely satisfied with Your purchase.

1. General Rule

In accordance with Norway legislation, namely, the Cancellation Act, You have the right to return the purchased Goods within 14 days from the date You receive them. In this case, You pay the direct costs of returning the Goods.

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Goods must be unused and undamaged.
• Goods should be returned in their original packaging.
• Ensure that the Goods are securely packaged for return. Rafalskaya Collection is not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping.

Refunds are normally processed within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 calendar days after We have received and accepted the return.

If the Goods are returned damaged or with damaged or non-original packaging, Rafalskaya Collection reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionately based on the reduction in value of the Goods in accordance with Section 25(3) of the Cancellation Act.

2. Exceptions

The general return and refund rules do not apply to Goods that were not in stock or were Made-to-order. These are Goods manufactured in accordance with the Buyer’s specifications or given a distinctly individualized approach (e.g., custom-made chairs or materials). These Goods are marked as “Made-to-order”, not refundable.

3. How to Make a Return

• Download and complete the Return Form: English | Norwegian.
• Send the completed form via email to kundeservice@rafalskaya.no and include a printed copy with the returned Goods.
• Pack the Goods properly using original product packaging and protective transport packaging.
• Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Choose a reliable delivery method to ensure safe return.

The fastest way to exchange Goods is to return the purchased item and, after the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
