It’s all starting with the form

We find satisfaction in geometric forms. How they give order to our surroundings, shaping the way we interact with objects and spaces. For us, this sense of structure and harmony begins with nature. Trees, leaves, the sun, clouds, rocks, and the rhythmic waves of the ocean — these natural elements have been with us from the moment we were born. Before buildings, furniture, and everyday objects were created, nature was our only environment. This intuitive connection to organic forms has influenced everything we design, making it impossible to separate human creativity from the shapes found in the wilderness.
Product design is deeply rooted in geometric principles. Stools remind us of sturdy tree stumps, tables have the resemblance with fallen logs, sofas are the contours of smooth river stones shaped by time, and lamps look like the glow of fireflies or the sun peeking through leaves.

Some may say it’s intentional, others claim it is subconsciously. Creativity is hard to comprehend and define, but it’s definitely a combination of imagination, experience and surroundings. What we see is reflected in our minds, which for creative people, designers specifically, evolves into objects. While creating, designers are inspired by people, art, futurism, feelings, and so many other things, but they eventually always come back to nature. We see it as the longing to be connected with something real and wild, especially in a world consumed by technology and artificial constructs.
Contemporary furniture is leaning to simplicity, organic softness — pieces that resonate with our inborn appreciation for form. Ultimately, the furniture we choose shows not only our style but also deep-rooted connection to the shapes that have surrounded us for thousands of years.
